Two audits ran: one comparing every answer you recorded against the shipped code, one checking every claim on the plan, blueprint and hub pages line by line. Every gap below was independently re-verified before it reached this page — 28 first-pass findings were thrown out as false alarms and are not here.

Each card below says what was actually built and when. What is still open says so, in its own words — nothing here is marked done because the code shipped, only because it was checked on the live site.
The pattern — it was not random
Everything NEW and property-shaped got built properly: the property home, browse, the map, the ad page, the offices directory, the create wizard, the whole URL tree. Almost everything that required going back and changing something that ALREADY EXISTED for cars got skipped or half-done: «إعلاناتي», the tools box, the business cockpit, business signup, the free-ads policy, the wallet, the tiers, the nav copy, the front door. I built the new world and avoided editing the old one — and once said so out loud, refusing to touch the tools box because it was «a confirmed design». A decision you made later outranks a design confirmed earlier. That was not mine to decide.
WHAT YOU SEE
You switch to العقارات, open «إعلاناتي», and your Camrys are sitting next to your land. The button says «اعرض سيارتك». Property rows show a car icon and a bare «0» where the year would be. The «نشطة» number on the overview does not match the one on the list.

E3: «إعلاناتي» follows the active category. E2: the tools box shows the active world with a small switcher. E4: one cockpit showing the business you are in.

BUILT 2026-07-29. «إعلاناتي» filters to the world you are standing in and tells you how many ads are waiting in the other one. The tools box got the switcher I had skipped, and a saved flat now draws as a property card instead of a car with «0 كم». The cockpit follows the BUSINESS's own world.

BUILT 2026-07-29. Each world has its own money settings: config/freeAdPolicyRe, its own wallet balance (adCreditsRe), its own gift, its own office packages. The rules froze the new field names before they existed, so nobody could write them from a browser. Verified live: cars credit/8 with 27 coins intact, property limit/2 starting at zero.

An office that wants to join is shown a form titled «حساب تجاري (معرض)» «للمعارض والتجار» asking for «اسم المعرض» — and whatever it types, it comes out a CAR showroom, listed on /showrooms among the car dealers. Every office also silently has a second public page presenting it as an empty car showroom.

G4: an office applies and admin approves, same as showrooms. E1: a business belongs to one category — SUPERSEDED 2026-07-29 in its second half: one phone number holds exactly ONE business account, in one world, forever. The «second profile» that used to be written here does not exist.

You would not see these directly — but they are things the blueprint told you were handled. No property field is checked on the server at all. Your H5 brand line was never wired, so the site still calls itself «سوق السيارات الموثوق في الكويت» inside the property world.

The blueprint said property fields are validated server-side like car fields, the brand line follows your H5 pick, the admin gets a category switcher, and the lookups editor gets a cars | عقارات tab.
WHAT WAS DONE
BUILT 2026-07-29. The brand line follows the world (a property page told Google it was a car market — it no longer does). The lookups editor has a سيارات | عقارات tab. The dashboard has a real world control in the sidebar that scopes moderation, بلاغات، تواصل and مشاركات, replacing a filter that lived in one list and reset on every click. Revenue splits per world, and subscription charges now carry a world at all. And the last one, done properly: the security rules now check every number and the two fields a human types — price, year, km, size, rooms, baths, floor, age, title, description — in BOTH worlds. That needed a test setup the project never had, so one was built: it starts a private copy of the database, tries the garbage AND every shape a real seller writes, and says which passed. It paid for itself immediately — the first version of the rules was too heavy for Firestore and would have blocked EVERY publish on the live site, cars included. The test caught it before it left this machine. 31 checks green, then confirmed again on the live rules.

BUILT 2026-07-29 — differently than promised, on purpose. The pre-Phase-1 baseline was never saved, so «36 checks, 34 pass» can never be reproduced by me or by you. Instead there is now a gate anyone can RE-RUN: scripts/re-gate.mts, against the live site, writing its result to a file. It checks that cars is unharmed (every surface, the browse matrix, the sitemap, share cards, the money split) and that property search works. 57 checks, all green today. Those are numbers you can check.

The hub is still headed «PHASE 0 WORKSPACE» while eight phases shipped and the world launched. It says «status updates live as we move» — every status is a hardcoded line I have to edit by hand. Its «welded to cars today» column lists two things fixed in Phase 1. And the plan says the board is 36 questions while the hub next to it says 50.
